Gluten

All our free-from gluten products are baked in a kitchen where Gluten Flour is also used and may therefore be present in goods advertised as free-from gluten cookies.

 

Please note that due to making all products for Yummy Cookies in a residential home, there is a possibility that there could be residual cross contamination between gluten and free-from gluten products.

 

There is no absolute guarantee that there will be no cross-contamination with gluten and free-from gluten products.  Every care has been taken to try and prevent this.

 

Preparation and baking of free-from gluten goods is carried out separate to the preparing and baking of gluten containing products, and full cleaning of all utensils, equipment and surfaces occurs between bakes.

DAIRY FREE

All our free-from dairy products are baked in a kitchen where dairy products are also used and may therefore be present in goods advertised as free-from dairy.
